Evaluation report

At the end of your internship, both you and your supervisor complete an evaluation report.

Student evaluation

• Rate your overall internship experience.
• Describe what you learned and the skills you developed.
• Provide honest feedback about the employer — this is confidential.

Employer evaluation

• Your supervisor rates your performance across multiple competencies.
• They leave comments that may be shared with your college.

Once both evaluations are submitted, your Completion Certificate is generated automatically and available for download under your profile.
